As Senior Account Executive you will own sales for your region across public and private sectors, helping cities deliver sustainable, tech-enabled mobility. You carry a revenue target and run your market end-to-end: identify opportunities, build relationships, and turn big ideas into live deployments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects and build durable, revenue-generating relationships with elected officials and business leaders.
  • Create data-driven business cases and demonstrate platform value across verticals.
  • Advise clients on regional transit plans and funding mechanisms.
  • Represent Via’s mission and technology through campaigns, conferences, and thought leadership.

Your Profile

  • 8+ years client-facing experience in sales, business development, or consulting with a track record of success.
  • Comfortable in consultative sales; able to craft narratives with data.
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity for new markets.
  • Persuasive communicator in presentations, negotiations, and proposals.
  • Sharp commercial intuition and negotiation judgment.
  • Self-starter with growth mindset and appetite for responsibility.
  • Team-oriented, shares success and mentors colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: USD 145,000–165,000 per year plus bonus and equity.
  • Comprehensive benefits: free medical coverage, 401K matching.
