Senior Account Executive, Central US

Responsibilities

  • Source strategic partners across the Central US; build long-term, revenue-generating relationships with municipalities, transit agencies and private operators.
  • Own full-cycle sales: identify opportunities, craft data-driven business cases, negotiate and close complex multi-year SaaS and service contracts.
  • Advise prospects on regional mobility planning and funding strategies, acting as a trusted thought partner.
  • Represent Via externally by speaking at conferences, running local marketing campaigns and publishing industry insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying sales, business-development or consulting experience with a verifiable track record.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable turning data into compelling narratives and ROI models.
  • Exceptional communicator who excels in conversations with elected officials, C-suite executives and technical teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
  • Collaborative team player who prioritizes shared goals and knowledge transfer.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary USD 145k–165k per year plus variable compensation and equity.
