Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new partners across your region; build lasting, revenue-generating relationships with public and private decision-makers—from elected officials to C-suite leaders.
  • Create data-driven business cases that prove Via’s value across multiple verticals.
  • Advise prospects on regional transit planning and funding strategies.
  • Act as the public face of Via: speak at conferences, run local marketing campaigns, and provide thought leadership in mobility.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying sales, business-development, or consulting experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Consultative seller who uses data to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical and research skills; comfortable entering new markets.
  • Persuasive communicator in presentations, negotiations, and proposals.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
  • Collaborative team player who mentors colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary USD 145k–165k plus variable comp and equity.
