Senior Contract Manager

Be part of a team of Contract Managers shaping the future energy landscape. You will support Siemens Gamesa’s Offshore Service business by managing complex contractual matters—analyzing agreements, identifying risks, negotiating contracts, and advising project and site management in large-scale projects.

How you make an impact

• Advise on customer and sub-contractor contracts to safeguard Siemens Gamesa’s rights.
• Handle contractual and commercial issues, including change-order processes and drafting correspondence.
• Identify technical, commercial, and contractual factors to develop project-specific claim strategies.
• Support pursuit and defense of claims by compiling project records, documentation, and key facts.
• Collaborate with legal colleagues to substantiate quantum, extensions of time, and factual defenses in arbitration.
• Conduct quantum and delay analyses to establish causation for events affecting schedule or scope.

What You Bring

• University degree in engineering, business, law, or quantity surveying; additional legal or contractual qualifications welcome.
• Proven experience in contract and claim management, including contract analysis and drafting, or related legal/commercial background on large projects.
• Knowledge of international EPC/construction contract terms (FIDIC, Orgalime, NEC, MF1) or service contracts, preferably in offshore wind.
• Experience in multicultural teams; willingness to travel nationally/internationally (15–20%).
• Strong negotiation and legal drafting skills in English.
• Basic understanding of valuation, scheduling, or project controls is an advantage.
