Your mission

Our heat-pump business Enpal Heat is growing – and so are our leaders. Build and run our leadership-development programme, from needs analysis to delivery.

• Identify learning gaps and create tailor-made development programmes for leaders.
• Design and deliver trainings (e-learning, classroom, blended, coaching, workshops).
• Build practical formats on communication, feedback and leadership mindset.
• Support change initiatives with targeted learning measures.
• Implement performance & feedback cycles.
• Create complementary formats, e.g. soft-skill trainings for sales teams.

Your profile

• Degree in business psychology, business education, HR-focused business administration or similar.
• Several years of L&D experience with focus on leadership training.
• Coaching, OD or trainer certification preferred.
• Sound knowledge of modern learning methods and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High social competence and empathy towards diverse target groups.
• Proven ability to shape and implement change – ideally in start-up/scale-up settings.
