PreZero Dual GmbH, the dual-system partner within the PreZero Group, is responsible for the collection, sorting and recycling of sales packaging across Germany.

Your role

• Identify and evaluate new target markets, conducting deep-dive analyses to sustainably assess opportunities and risks
• Lead projects from vision through concept to final implementation – take full ownership and drive execution
• Build business cases and profitability calculations to evaluate new business models
• Prepare decision papers for senior management, structure complex issues and present recommendations confidently to committees
• Operate at the interface of strategy and operations to directly shape corporate success

Your profile

• University degree (business, industrial engineering, environmental sciences or similar) or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years’ project-management/business-development experience, preferably in circular economy/EPR
• Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
• Confident in an international environment; negotiation-level German and English
• Willingness to learn and to travel within Europe
