(Senior) Project Controller

For our Offshore Project Controlling department we are looking for a Project Controller to join our team in South Korea and take over all project controlling activities as well as company general accounting related controlling tasks. As Project Controller you are the main support for Financial related topics for the Commercial Project Manager. You would be integral part of project management team and in the same time keep a good contact with our colleagues in Finance and Business Controlling department. Also, as most of our projects are international, you will be in close contact with colleagues in the countries of production and installation of the projects also the regional hubs.

• Prepare monthly financial forecast and cost to complete analysis for assigned Project Scope.
• Participate in month end closing of the legal entity, herein project accounting, monthly controlling/monitoring and reporting of actual costs in a project.
• Support with special financial topics related to Tax, Liquidity, Hedging, Internal Control and Audit.
• Managing the Data input from different stakeholders and transposing these into SAP reports.
• Prepare financial reports related to the South Korea Legal entity and the Offshore projects in execution.

• Support company business admin / general accounting related tasks with Operating Accounting Teams located in China and Australia.
• You define and structure your own development plan and follow up on learnings, trainings on the job and you enjoy understanding the Offshore projects execution from end to end.

• You devote your full attention on best answers to tasks and challenges ahead for your projects and for legal entity.  
• You have a Business or Accounting degree. Good understanding of construction contracts would be a plus.
• You communicate in Korean and English
• You are excellent in Excel and SAP. Business Intelligence Platforms and Power BI would be a plus.
