Service Contract Engineer - Bandirma

As part of our Contract Management Department within the Service Unit, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers through effective service contract management and delivering aftermarket services for wind turbines. Our service business is one of the fastest-growing areas in Vestas – and your contribution will be key to our future.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to ensure contract renewals and long-term satisfaction
• Define customer engagement strategies in coordination with the Area Supervisor.
• Identify new business opportunities and re-engage previously inactive accounts.
• Support the Commercial team in drafting and negotiating new service contracts, amendments, and quotations from the earliest stages.
• Act as the point of contact for contract-related questions from customers, Sales, and Area Supervisors.
• Manage technical issue resolution in collaboration with internal departments (Product Support, etc.).
• Monitor and manage project-related bonuses and penalties (incentives, variable pricing).
• Prepare and upload Monthly Wind Farm Reports to the customer portal.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and billing plan updates in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
• 2–5 years of experience in contract management, service engineering, aftermarket support, or technical project coordination.
• Previous experience in the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, etc.) or similar.
• Fluency in English because this is an international position.
