How to contribute to our vision

Administers the periodic and preventative maintenance schedules of all machineries in the plant assigned, and plans the respective activities and resources needed.

  • Regularly analyses maintenance plans, critical timelines in manufacturing and double-checks respective resources, and available stocks of materials, parts and components.

  • Contributes to the design and planning of monthly or weekly repair and maintenance plans.

  • Calculates and deploys short-term and mid-term maintenance plans for assigned manufacturing site.

  • Interacts with manufacturing operation, logistics and vendors, and calculates optimized delivery sequences, to minimize manufacturing interferences.

  • Schedules personnel, and calculates parts, tools and material flow, set-up times, repair and maintenance schedules, and effects on production process.

  • Analyses maintenance and repair reports and files and maintains planning documentation and reports in IT systems.

Will be responsible for :

  • Site planning (Preventive, Corrective).

  • Load and capacity planning.

  • Administers the periodic and preventive maintenance schedules at a Site and plans the respective activities and resources needed at site level.

  • Tracking and control the degree of fulfillment of the planning of scheduled activities.

  • Organize, implement and maintain schedule management system for operations.

  • Internal/ external resource availability planningSupporting to SOM to provide transparency to project team via agreed reporting and meetings.

  • Conducts regular briefing.

  • Seek resource and cost optimization. Potential improvement.

What You Need To Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for.

Graduate in Electrical engineering or relevant experience in Wind power industry will be preferred.

Should have work experience of 02 years and above.

Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint presentations.
