Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale SHK construction projects
• Control quality, costs and schedules
• Manage on-site installation teams (site visits approx. every 2 weeks)
• Prepare calculations, lump-sum bids and monitor budgets
• Communicate with clients, planners and subcontractors
• Interface between site, office and management
• Contribute to process and planning optimization

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in SHK, building or utility engineering
• Proven experience managing large construction projects
• Proficient in costing and project-management software
• Structured, self-reliant and results-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and confident client presence
• Willingness to travel to sites occasionally
