Regional HVAC Manager (m/f/d) East for Heat Pumps

As Regional HVAC Manager (m/f/d) in Eastern Germany, you will build and operate our heat-pump business in the multi-family housing stock. During this start-up phase, you define quality standards, set up a reliable partner network and ensure smooth on-site execution—without performing installations yourself.

• Standardisation: Develop and implement binding quality and installation guidelines for heat-pump cascades in apartment buildings.
• Partner management: Source, assess and contract qualified HVAC contractors, conduct audits and enforce compliance with our standards.
• Technical site management: Coordinate projects in your region, solve complex technical issues with project leads and safeguard schedule and quality targets.
• Commissioning & QA: Take final technical responsibility and guarantee efficient, fault-free system operation.
• Team & process build-up: Support recruiting, onboarding and optimisation of interfaces to data management.

Your profile:

• Master craftsman's certificate in HVAC, technician degree or university degree in building services engineering
• Proven leadership of teams or large-scale construction projects
• Deep know-how in heat-pump technology, preferably large systems/cascades
• Passion for renewables and enjoyment in defining processes in a start-up environment
• Willingness for increased travel during the initial phase
• Driving licence class B, German skills at least B2
