The Site Administrator utilizes proficiency skills, SAP knowledge, and primarily self-direction to perform administrative tasks on-site with minimal supervision from their immediate manager or supervisor. The Site Administrator provides administrative support to the Site Supervisor and technicians, maintains an inventory of spare parts/ tooling, and procures them in line with service plans. The Site administrator communicates clear plans to service personnel on-site, adheres to service plans, and ensures they are achieved within required safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and administrative support to sites and other Administration for daily operations, including creating and running regular reports (consumption, availability, production, safety, etc.) assist with compiling data for budgets; and travel arrangements
• Assists in the management of OH&S and ERP activities on-site and assures the site is compliant with local and Vestas guidelines, site inductions, takes corrective actions on external audits and incidents, updates safety documents held on-site
• Assist Site Supervisor in daily operations, Manage Costs and Coding of Credit Card Transactions, Create PR/POs, Order staff equipment and office Supplies, assist with Site Safety Reporting, Training and ordering of supplies, Document Control, Create and monitor purchase orders/requests, international shipping & receiving and accounting functions about parts/materials/tools/It Equipment
• Adhere to all released planning processes and assist in maximizing planning performance
• Responsible for ensuring site compliance to approved processes; provide SAP fundamental instruction and assist with system problem-solving and error processing
• Enter and monitor data and oversee site data integrity as measured by performance to key Process Performance Indicators (PPIs). Identify and provide recommendations for planning and SAP process changes to enhance service operational and turbine performance
• Administration of materials, and tools for the service teams as planned & scheduled and documentation reporting properly
• Identification and request for Non-Conformity for materials and tools provided to the Warehouse
• Material stocks traceable at any time (inventory control including yearly inventory)
• Safety standards applied in the warehouse/work according to the HSE Plan and for warehouse equipment
• Audit overview for Warehouse equipment under control (roll-up door, E-equipment, racks, ladders etc)

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and execution skills
• High interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Able to effectively collaborate with employees at all professional levels performs as a champion for change management initiatives and the ability to follow supervision
• Good computer operation skills, familiarity with internet-based program navigation, and ability to generate and interpret computer data

Competencies

• Ability to read, comprehend and write in English
• Ability to successfully participate in all training courses
• Comfort working remotely with limited supervisory interaction
