Maintenance Specialist (Mechanics) – Goleniów Site

In the maintenance team you support the industrialisation of production processes by ensuring high availability and reliability of complex, automated machines. The role is crucial for keeping production running and for implementing preventive-maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, pneumatic and industrial maintenance on production equipment
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines and technical systems
• Execute repairs, installations and technical acceptance of machines
• Diagnose and report technical issues in the EAM system
• Participate in daily team meetings and continuous-improvement initiatives
• Ensure all tasks comply with current safety standards

Requirements

• Vocational or secondary technical education in mechanical discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing company
• SEP licence (up to 1 kV)
• Knowledge of hydraulic and industrial pneumatic systems
• English language skills – advantage
• Category B driving licence – advantage

Competences

• Ability to work under pressure and solve technical problems
• Skill in working with technical documentation
• Self-reliance in troubleshooting
