Optimise the interconnected elements of a manufacturing system—plant location, personnel workflow/ergonomics, material logistics, process sequences, and equipment layout.
How You Create Impact
- Establish methods to maximise utilisation of production facilities and staff
- Conduct cost, inventory, and human-factor studies; derive facility-improvement plans and revised operating methods
- Support plant engineers on facility planning and design
- Help set accident-prevention measures and deliver training programmes for production personnel
- Provide Industrial-Engineering support to assigned manufacturing processes (40 %)
- Create technical specifications and implementation plans for equipment procurement and upgrades (30 %)
- Initiate, drive, and complete technical improvements and innovation projects (20 %)
- Offer technical assistance to Sales, Design, Purchasing, Quality, Lean, and on-site installation teams (10 %)
What You Bring
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Bachelor’s or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Recent graduates (classes of 2024 or 2025)
