Deputy Store Manager Organic Supermarket (m/f/d) – Berlin-Karl-Marx-Straße

Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and scheduling, including holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new team members
• Conducting regular stock takes
• Proper product presentation and continuous range maintenance
• Ensuring an immaculate store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Passion for organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Enjoyment of sales and a strong sense of customer needs
• First leadership experience (e.g. as shift or deputy manager)
• High degree of initiative, reliability and responsibility
