Your Responsibilities

• Flexible deployment across several stores in Düsseldorf
• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices (m/f/d) and new employees (m/f/d)
• Conducting inventory counts
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably in organic products
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and a strong sense of customer needs
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift supervisor (m/f/d) or acting store manager (m/f/d)
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
