Your responsibilities

• Flexible assignments across several stores in the Düsseldorf area
• Team-oriented staff management and employee motivation
• Preparation of staff schedules and holiday planning
• Onboarding of apprentices and new employees
• Regular inventory control
• Professional product presentation and continuous assortment maintenance
• Ensuring an immaculate overall appearance of the store

Your profile

• Vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably in the organic segment
• Interest in organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Strong customer focus and enjoyment in sales
• Initial leadership experience, e.g. as shift manager or deputy
• High degree of initiative, reliability and sense of responsibility
