Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and shift coordination
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting regular inventories
• Professional product presentation and active category management
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the store

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Enjoyment of sales and a strong sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience (e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy)
• High level of initiative and strong sense of responsibility
