Your Responsibilities

Support the store manager, lead shifts and coordinate day-to-day tasks
Organise, plan and take full responsibility for all activities during your shift
Ensure smooth goods flow throughout the store
Advise our customers, sell premium organic products and, together with the team, maintain an inviting store environment
Contribute to high customer satisfaction through dedicated engagement
Act cooperatively and appropriately to each situation, with common sense and empathy

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as Retail Sales Clerk (m/f/d) or comparable experience
Career changers (m/f/d) with experience in team-oriented staff leadership are welcome
Enjoy selling and a strong sense for customer needs
High sense of responsibility, initiative and flexibility
Sales orientation and meticulous working style
