Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented personnel management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Carrying out inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of your store

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably with a focus on organic products
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and empathy for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership of employees, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
