Your profile
- Degree as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
- Interest in organic food
- Enjoy selling and a feel for customer needs
- First experience in team-oriented leadership of employees (m/f/d), e.g. as shift supervisor (m/f/d) or daily deputy (m/f/d)
- Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
