Your Tasks

• Team-oriented staff management
• Workforce and holiday scheduling
• Training of apprentices and new staff
• Conducting inventory counts
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of your store

Your Profile

• A degree as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably with a focus on organic products
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and an instinct for customer needs
• Initial experience in team-oriented staff management, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
