Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented personnel management and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Onboarding of trainees and new employees (m/f/d)
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and a sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience within a team, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy (m/f/d)
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
