Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and motivation
• Workforce scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding and mentoring of trainees and new employees
• Regular inventory taking and stock control
• Professional product presentation and constant range optimisation
• Ensuring an immaculate, appealing store appearance

Your profile

• Vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, ideally organic foods
• Strong interest in organic products and sustainable nutrition
• Passion for sales and a keen sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience in a team role (e.g. shift or group manager)
• High level of initiative, reliability and solution-oriented mindset
