Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Carrying out inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an immaculate appearance of your store

Your Profile

• Completed training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enthusiasm for sales and an instinct for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership of employees, e.g. as shift manager or daily deputy
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
