Your profile

Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
Interest in organic food and sustainability
Enjoy selling and a strong customer focus
First leadership experience (e.g. shift or day-to-day supervision)
Initiative, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills

Meaningful role with genuine career prospects in the growing organic-market segment
