Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and scheduling
• Holiday planning and shift coordination
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories and range maintenance
• Merchandise presentation according to organic quality standards
• Ensuring an impeccable store appearance

Your Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Enjoyment of sales and strong customer orientation
• First leadership experience (e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy)
• Self-initiative, responsibility and proactive attitude
