Your Tasks

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Planning of staff schedules and holidays
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Carrying out stocktaking
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic/health-food focus
• Interest in organic food products
• Enjoy selling and have a good sense for customer needs
• Initial experience in team-oriented supervision of employees, e.g. as shift manager or daily deputy
• Initiative and high sense of responsibility
