Your responsibilities

Leadership & accountability

• Together with the store manager you run the market profitably.
• You are the competent point of contact for your team.
• You plan and control KPIs, manage stocktaking and product ordering.
• You organise duty rosters and, together with the store manager, recruit new staff for your market.

Inspiring team & customers

• You support the personal and professional development of your colleagues.
• You actively help with daily operations and, together with your team, create a warm atmosphere for our customers.

Your profile

• Initial leadership experience and a commercial retail apprenticeship; career changers welcome.
• Enjoy advising customers and selling food.
• Friendliness, commitment, motivation, flexibility and customer orientation.
• Enthusiasm for organic food.
