Your responsibilities

• Together with the store manager you run the Super-Natur-Markt profitably.
• You are the first point of contact for your team and control KPIs, inventories and ordering.
• You prepare duty rosters and help recruit new employees for your store.

• You listen to your team and foster their professional and personal development.
• You actively support daily operations and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Your profile

• Initial leadership experience and a retail apprenticeship – career changers welcome.
• Passion for advising on and selling food, with enthusiasm for organic products.
• Friendly, motivated, flexible and strongly customer-oriented.
