Strategic Procurement Manager (m/f/d)

By linking customers’ PV, battery storage, heat pumps and charging stations we boost the profitability of connected systems. As a „one-stop-shop“ we sell and install smart energy solutions that let households and companies become climate-neutral faster.

As Strategic Procurement Manager you will drive the strategic development of our supplier relationships and purchasing processes, ensuring we buy from the best suppliers on the best terms.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyse markets, monitor price trends and identify new sources of supply
• Conduct contract and price negotiations independently
• Develop efficient solutions together with Product, Operations, Logistics and Finance
• Create data-driven analyses and reports to support decisions and uncover optimisation potential
• Drive automation and digitalisation projects within procurement
• Source technical product groups: IoT, Smart Home and PV components

What you bring:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or similar
• Experience in strategic procurement of hardware or electronic products
• Strong negotiation skills and good market-price awareness
• Structured, analytical mindset; affinity for data and modern procurement tools
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Fluent German and English
• Interest in electronics and IT system architecture
