Strategy & Operations Associate Principal – City Performance

You will lead data-driven projects across the full operations life-cycle: financial and operational analysis, process improvement, product launches, and business development. Working closely with analysts, product managers, engineers and data scientists you will enhance rider & partner experience and scale new services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data, derive strategic options and automate reporting
• Build dashboards and tools that improve processes and decision-making
• Define product requirements, manage roll-outs and measure impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partner Success, Sales, BD, Expansion, Operations and Growth
• Identify efficiency levers and launch pilot programs to capture them
• Coordinate external partners to achieve joint growth and operational targets

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in high-growth start-ups, tech firms, consulting or finance
• Bachelor degree with strong academic record
• Highly analytical mindset combined with excellent communication
• Track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Proficient in Excel, Tableau, SQL or Python; willingness to deepen technical skills
• Data-driven decision making and ability to persuade stakeholders

Compensation

• Salary: USD 85,000–115,000 per year (plus equity, excluding variable pay)
