We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed on-site Student Worker to join our Operations Excellence Team in Aalborg Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team with administrative tasks, focusing primarily on capacity planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management while contributing to the team's success.

How to contribute to our vision 

As student worker your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assist the Operations Excellence team with capacity planning tasks.
  • Manage and update capacity planning models and tools in Excel.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of capacity-related data.
  • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining capacity forecasts and schedules.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations in PowerPoint to communicate findings and updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in processes and reporting.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required.

What you need to make a difference 

Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for: 

Qualifications:

  • Students currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to create clear, professional presentations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with capacity planning, resource management, or operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other data analysis tools is an advantage.
