We are looking for a self-driven student worker to support our project excellence team in Brande with a variety of tasks.

Being a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. You will get the chance to enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company.

Your responsibilities will consist of: 

• Supporting with administrative task like scheduling of meetings, minutes of meetings.

• Documentation of varies Guidelines, Procedures, and Instructions.

• Creation of training material.

• Reviewing data quality.

• Preparing and proofing presentations.

• Producing content for internal communication channels.

• Ad hoc tasks matching your interests and competences.

What you need to make a difference 

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university with at least 2 years left of your bachelor or master’s in business administration, communication or business development related education. Please attach your transcript from your university as well as your CV.

To be successful in this role: 

• You are quick to understand and process new tasks.

• You are a confident and expert user of Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.

• You have theoretical or practical knowledge about business process mapping tools and standards.

• You write and speak fluent English.

• You are flexible and able to work both independently and as a team player.

• You have energy and enthusiasm for efficiency, structure, and attention to detail.

• You are comfortable with shifting working tasks and can take the initiative to propose where your competencies can contribute to the tasks at hand.

Beware, we are looking for a student worker who can come into the office in Brande 1-3 times a week.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
