WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

How do you solve a problem like a broken planetary food system? We have a few ideas, and oats are a prominent part of our solution. But so are you! Are you keen to put your Finance skills to work driving a shift to a more sustainable food system? Maybe even have some fun and develop your own skills along the way? Then you’re in the right place. As a Finance student, you will participate in the closing process at Oatly Accounting shared service EMEA and support the accounting team with closing activities. You will gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting principles within a supportive team environment. And best of all, you will join with other students!

As part of the EMEA Accounting Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with month and quarter end closing bookings.
• Assisting in preparing VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Participate in the preparation of SOX documentation.
• Support with Ad hoc closing activities as assigned.

Some practical details:

• The position is available immediately, and we're seeking someone who can commit to at least 40 hours per month, with most of the workload around closings and during the semester.
• We are looking for a candidate currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with plans to graduate in 2026 or later. We envision a long-term commitment to the position.
