Supplier Quality Program Manager

Your Day at a Glance

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to lead key initiatives within our Supplier Quality organization. You will drive visibility, performance and on-time delivery of supplier-quality projects—from concession-turnaround acceleration to process- and product-qualification tracking—by working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the globe.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for supplier-quality improvement projects; ensure milestones, deliverables and quality targets are met
• Keep project schedules, dashboards and KPIs up to date to guarantee transparency and accountability
• Conduct regular review meetings with internal stakeholders; communicate progress, risks and required actions clearly and proactively

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Quality or related field—or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in project management, supplier quality, operations coordination or similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners
• Fluent in English (international documentation, customers & suppliers); French is an asset for the Montreal site
• Proficiency with project-management and reporting tools (Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira or similar)

The AGT Supplier Quality team manages capability, quality and performance of all global vendors supplying parts for Siemens Energy’s aero-derivative gas-turbine product line. Core hubs are located in Montreal (Canada), Warwick (UK), Houston & Indianapolis (USA), Kongsberg (Norway) and Budapest (Hungary).
