System Analyst - SAP Transportation Management

Your day-to-day. As an SAP Logistics Business System Analyst at Siemens Energy you will join an experienced IT team shaping the future of the energy market. You will provide global consulting and governance for logistics processes across Siemens Energy’s ERP ECC6, S/4HANA and related systems, ensure stable operations, handle issues and change requests, and drive process standardization and the ECC6-to-S/4HANA migration.

How you’ll make an impact.

• Develop innovative, efficiency-enhancing process solutions together with business stakeholders.
• Global demand management, process consulting and business support for ERP systems.
• Requirements and specification management with key users.
• Configuration of global logistics standards in SAP.
• Test case and test management.
• Lead small-to-medium IT projects.
• Manage external providers for maintenance and change requests.
• Coordinate with application, basis, security and service-desk teams.

What you bring.

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or comparable experience.
• 3+ years global governance, demand management and business support of multinational IT-integrated processes.
• 3+ years SAP configuration in Transportation Management (TM), Sales & Distribution (SD) or extended/Warehouse Management (eWM / WM).
• Process know-how in logistics.
• Architectural mindset for target logistics architecture.
• Understanding of TM / SD / eWM / WM integration with other SAP modules.
• Project management of small-to-medium initiatives.
• Management of external ERP providers.
• Comfortable in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
