Your Responsibilities

• Sell and advise customers on high-quality organic products
• Support the store management in all daily operational tasks
• Ensure smooth goods flow within the store
• Lead and coordinate the team as required

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience
• Career changers (m/f/d) from gastronomy/hospitality with leadership experience welcome
• Confident in taking responsibility, proactive and empathetic
• Sales-oriented and careful working style
