Your Responsibilities

As shift leader you are a valuable support and, in the absence of the deputy store manager/store manager, responsible for the store.
Advise customers, sell premium organic products and assist store management in daily operations.
Ensure smooth product flow throughout the store.
Act cooperatively, appropriately to each situation, with common sense and empathy.

Your Profile

Completed apprenticeship as retail clerk (m/f/d) or salesperson (m/f/d), or comparable retail experience.
Career changers from gastronomy or hospitality with team-leading experience are also welcome.
Self-initiative, sense of responsibility, sales orientation and careful working style.
