Daily Relief / Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) – Berlin-Teltower Damm

As shift supervisor you are a valuable support and take over responsibility for the store in the absence of the deputy store manager or store manager.

Your tasks

• Advise our customers and sell high-quality organic products
• Support the store management in daily operations and ensure smooth goods flow
• Act cooperatively and appropriately to each situation with common sense and empathy

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience
• Career changers (m/f/d) from gastronomy or hotel industry with experience in leading employees (m/f/d) are welcome
• Self-initiative, sense of responsibility, sales orientation and careful working style
