<p>Axpo is Switzerland’s largest producer of renewable energy and a leading international energy trader. In our Warsaw office, home to 260 employees, we are looking for a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our Polish HR team immediately.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Full-cycle recruiting: Take full ownership of the recruitment process – from intake meeting to offer and onboarding support</p></li><li><p>Business partnering: Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers in assigned divisions and co-create effective sourcing strategies</p></li><li><p>Innovation & optimisation: Proactively improve recruiting methods, workflows and digital tools to raise efficiency and candidate experience</p></li><li><p>Network building: Build and maintain an active professional network inside the energy industry and relevant talent markets</p></li><li><p>Employer branding: Ensure a consistently positive candidate journey and contribute to employer-branding activities</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we look for</strong></p><ul><li><p>University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field</p></li><li><p>Solid experience in hands-on recruiting with LinkedIn Recruiter, active sourcing and talent mapping</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of modern recruiting practices and employer-branding fundamentals</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, high initiative and a data-driven mindset</p></li><li><p>Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written)</p></li></ul><p><strong>We offer</strong></p><ul><li><p>6-month fixed-term employment contract in part-time with flexible, hybrid working</p></li><li><p>Career development in an international pioneer of the energy transition</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive medical-care package, Multisport card and language classes during working hours</p></li><li><p>Modern office with central location and a stunning view over Warsaw</p></li><li><p>Motivated, supportive colleagues and a competitive salary (details disclosed at a later stage)</p></li></ul>
