What you will do to help drive energy transition:  

• You will read, motivate, assess and develop subordinate employees in the area of responsibility. Participate in decisions on individual personnel measures in cooperation with the HR department.
• You will supervise and support the new growth partnerships, increasing revenue and brand positioning.
• You will be responsible for the contribution and sharpening to the ongoing “go to market” strategy efforts (new revenue streams, product launches, market entries, & marketing).
• You will proactively problem solving and/or management of escalated issues including but not limited to after sales, technical support, marketing, customers, or processes.
• You will build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders to coordinate the execution of new product launches (hardware & software), market entries, and services.
• You will be preparing relevant documents for internal communication and reporting (sales volume, revenue forecasts, annual operating plan etc.).
• You will manage the prospect and scope M&A/joint ventures possibilities.
• You will lead marketing activities in respective markets to drive brand awareness and increase the lead generation activities.

What you will need on that journey:  

• You have 8+ years of professional experience (Sales/BD background).
• You have succesfully completed university studies.
• You have high technical understanding.
• Ideally you bring knowledge of the energy industry.
• You have a entrepreneurial thinking.
• You are willing to travel.
• You speak fluent English, and aditional German language is a benefit.
