Your Day With Us

You will head a team of fixed-assets accounting experts, supervise daily transactions and month-end closings, and ensure timely and accurate recording in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP. By building strong partnerships with regional accounting hubs and local business teams you solve complex operational issues and share best practices. As the go-to person for accounting questions, you guide your team on fixed-assets and IFRS 16 matters and drive finance-transformation projects for greater efficiency.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop people – coach team members, set clear goals and give continuous feedback.
• Foster collaboration – live open communication, constructive conflict resolution and mutual trust.
• Secure month-end closing – control postings in S/4HANA, Smartclose (Blackline) and IFRS 16 asset accounts.
• Optimize processes – champion standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Controls & audits – prepare and support internal/external audits and implement new policies.

What You Bring

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
• At least 5 years of fixed-assets accounting experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and proficient in SAP (ECC/S4HANA) and MS-Office.
• Experience with transformation and process-improvement projects.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel if required.
