Your responsibilities

Lead and develop our regional PV project team (senior, mid-level and junior PMs, working students) and resolve complex technical and commercial issues
Manage your own rooftop-PV and tenant-electricity projects for multi- and single-family houses
Oversee scheduling, quality control and budgets of all projects in your team; ensure targets are met
Coach project managers in client and subcontractor negotiations and in technically challenging situations
Guarantee process and installation quality in line with company standards
Collaborate closely with the department head on capacity planning, prioritisation and continuous improvement of tools and processes

Your profile

Several years of proven PV project-management experience (rooftop, tenant electricity, single- & multi-family houses) plus in-depth knowledge of regulations and technical feasibility
Reliable project and construction-schedule control and routine cooperation with electrical and PV contractors
Client-focused, sales-oriented attitude while enforcing quality standards
Ability to make sound decisions under uncertainty and to move topics forward independently and pragmatically
Driving license class B and willingness to work from our Berlin co-working space regularly and to visit construction sites
First experience in leading or mentoring a project team is a plus
