Team Support Specialist

Your Day in a Nutshell

You create purchase requests for services and indirect materials, record working hours and absences, and generate utilization and overtime reports. Travel booking, visa procurement and expense report creation are part of your role, as is communicating with suppliers, service providers and internal departments. You organize internal workshops and events locally and globally and maintain documentation, training certificates and reports.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase requests for services and indirect materials
  • Record working hours and absences, prepare utilization and overtime evaluations
  • Support travel bookings, visa applications and create expense reports
  • Maintain communication with suppliers, service providers and internal departments
  • Organize internal workshops and events locally and globally
  • Maintain documentation, training certificates and reports
  • Provide ad-hoc support to teams worldwide and on-site

Your Profile

  • Fluent German and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and organizational tools
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Structured, proactive approach with analytical mindset
