How to contribute to our vision

Controls the execution / installation of a technical discipline at the installation site.

What You Need To Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • Executes installation works or guides them.

  • Processes the change request management at site and makes the "as-built" entries in the construction documents.

  • Schedules the installation works for a technical discipline (time schedule, resource planning, material, tools, etc.).

  • May lead the installation staff in functional matters.

  • May control the execution of the implementation of sub-disciplines and/or provide supervisory / advisory guidance at site

  • Responsible for daily planning and execution within individual area and functions of the construction site, as directed by the Site Manager,

  • Responsible for contract implementation and for ensuring that all work is performed in agreement with all SGRE standards incl. Quality assurance/ HSE regulations,

  • Contributes and supports on technical installation works.

  • Responsible for planning and monitoring the construction during WTG installation phase according to the business plan.

  • Responsible for documentation and its communication, crane and WTG productivity improvement.

  • Makes recommendations to clients and their subcontractors on a recommended SGRE course of action, to correct a deficiency or make improvements, 

  • Advises on specific tasks within the installation scope,

  • Advise on troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical or system malfunctions

  • Mentors and shares knowledge within area of responsibility,

  • Supports on-job-training as requested and maintains logbooks,

  • Keeps records, maintains documentation and reports as required by company policy,

  • Maintains and follows safety procedures as required by company policy.

  • Educational qualification – BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

  • Total work experience – 3 to 5 years
