Technical Support Engineer

Provide daily technical support on the production floor, conduct circuit-breaker-related training, and create technical work instructions for the factory. Develop technical solutions and perform prototype testing in accordance with IEC and IEEE standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Deliver technical assistance on the shop floor and resolve project-specific issues.
• Support the introduction of new product variants and write work instructions.
• Conduct technical training sessions.
• Contribute technical solutions during root-cause analysis.
• Provide on-site technical support for field failures.
• Support secondary equipment such as wiring diagrams.

What You Bring

• Technician or engineering degree in electrical, mechanical or related field.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
