Technical Trainer (f/m/d) Power Academy

As a Technical Trainer in the Power Academy you will design and deliver training on power-plant automation and digitalization for a global audience. You translate technical content into ready-to-use training modules, implement innovative formats (online, remote, mobile, VR/AR) and instruct customers and employees in our training centres and on customer sites. Maintaining training hardware and media for control and digitalization solutions completes your scope.

• Degree in electrical engineering, process automation or similar; experience in power generation preferred
• Knowledge of power-plant I&C, process and automation technology as well as digitalization
• Proven record in technical training, confident presentation skills and didactic competence
• Hands-on experience with control systems (PLC, SIMATIC, PCS7) and digitalization solutions
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30 %), flexibility and strong learning agility
• Fluent German and English
