Technical Surveyor (m/f/d) for Photovoltaics & Energy Systems

1KOMMA5° is pursuing the vision “Living on wind and sunlight forever for free”. With Heartbeat AI we are building the energy system of the future – integrated, scalable and all-electric. By 2030 we aim to convert 1.5 million households to renewable energy. To achieve this we combine local craftsmanship with smart software and network solar, storage, heat pumps and e-mobility as a virtual power plant in real time.

Your responsibilities

• Independently perform heat load calculations and create project-specific documentation
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for technical data collection and support during consultation
• Handle incoming technical inquiries via email and phone as first point of contact
• Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Comprehensively coordinate heat pump and photovoltaic projects

Your profile

• Vocational training or degree in energy, building or environmental engineering (or equivalent)
• Professional experience in energy technology, ideally heat pump knowledge
• Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
• Independent, structured way of working, strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for the energy transition, high customer orientation and willingness to learn
