Your Tasks

Lead and oversee our bakery & cheese counter with a strong sales focus and full operational responsibility
Provide personal leadership and support to your team—situational, cooperative and empathetic
Plan, coordinate and control all counter processes including stock management and presentation
Create an appealing counter display for our discerning customers
Advise and serve customers at the counter and prepare snacks for our bistro
Contribute to a high feel-good factor for our shoppers

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in the food sector and first leadership experience, preferably in retail
Proven counter experience, especially with cheese and/or bakery ranges
Passion for organic products and high quality standards
Dynamic, responsible personality with enthusiasm for sustainable nutrition
